Complete Property Investor Service Launched for Wannabe Landlords

Wannabe landlords in the Newcastle area have been thrown a lifeline in the form of expert letting agent Walton Robinson, who has recently launched a complete property investor service for those who know nothing about the industry but want to take the plunge anyway. The new service, which is said to be a ‘one stop shop’ for prospective landlords, takes investors through the entire process of buy to let – although the fee charged for the service is yet to be disclosed.

The ‘full circle’ service includes things like property sourcing, help with purchase negotiations and the actual purchase of a property, project management for major refurbishments, application advice for buy to let mortgages, advertising for and reference checking potential tenants, tenancy deposit protection advice and property management during a tenancy. In fact, the only thing investors need to do is provide the money for the property purchase and the service fees.

The complete property investor service is by no means a new concept although it is thought to be the first of its kind offered in the Newcastle area. Whether it becomes a popular choice for potential property investors in the North remains to be seen, and no doubt its success will be somewhat dependent on its cost.
