Landlord Assist launches new eviction help service with a built-in promise

The rules and regulations regarding the eviction of tenants from private rental properties are currently quite complex, and if tenants start using human rights as an argument for not being evicted the outcome of some eviction orders could become a lot less predictable.

Thankfully the specialist eviction firm, Landlord Assist, has now launched a ‘no win, no fee’ eviction help service for landlords who are struggling to get the possession order they need. The company already runs a service to help secure possession orders for private landlords, but because of their 100% success rate they have now added a unique ‘no win, no fee’ promise. This means that if Landlord Assist can’t secure a possession order for a landlord with a legitimate claim no money at all changes hands.

It is thought that this bold promise is an industry first, but because Landlord Assist are so confident they can deliver they are willing to risk their fee.

When asked about the new promise being made to clients, managing director at Landlord Assist, Graham Kinnear said; “We are often asked by potential clients what our success rate is in tenant eviction and we have always been proud to tell them that we have a 100% success record. We understand that this track record is quite unbelievable, so to avoid any doubt in people’s minds we decided to offer a ‘no win, no fee’ solution.”
