New Website Set To Help Landlords With Problem Evictions

A new website has been launched that hopes to make the eviction process quicker and easier for landlords. Propertyreclaim.com has been created by repossessions law specialists, Moore Blatch, and uses technology that has already assisted in over 30,000 successful evictions. It is hoped that landlord repossessions will be as quick to complete as mortgage lender possessions are.

The owners of the website, Moore Blatch, guarantee to process all claims within a two day period of instruction, dramatically cutting down the time taken for landlords to regain control of their property. The process itself consists of a simple, five-step system that is completed entirely online and includes the legalities of eviction.

Head of Property Reclaim at Moore Blatch, Paul Walshe, commented on the new website and service by saying “Reclaiming properties from problem tenants can be a lengthy and problematic process. We have developed this website to streamline proceedings and with our expert team on hand to help at any point we believe we can find the best resolution for the claimant as quickly as possible.”

The cost of the new service to landlords depends on the amount of help received from the lawyers at Moore Blatch, and each step is independently priced on the website.
