Property business show is the place to be in April

The annual Property Investor Show held at ExCeL in London has a comrade-in-arms this year in the form of the new Property Business Show.

The new show will take place over the course of two days (Friday 20th and Saturday 21st April) and is set to attract a wide range of exhibitors from all sectors of the property business world.

The main attractions however are both to be held on Friday and include an auction of over 100 residential properties located in and around the capital city, and a long awaited debate about the licencing of the private rental sector.

Members for the panel of what will undoubtedly be a very lively debate include representatives from ARLA and the National Landlords Association, the Mayor of Newham (the borough in which the ExCeL is located), and the Property Ombudsman Christopher Hamer. Chairing the debate will be the Managing Director of Bushells, Eric Walker.

This and numerous other debates and lectures held during the two day show are free to enter, however because of the attention this particular debate is expected to attract it is necessary to register for a place in the audience prior to the start of the show.
